NFLPA Offer Proposals to Owners: There is now a response from the NFLPA in response to the owner's desire for an 18-game regular season. A lot of the ideas make sense. They will reduce the injury risk. The owners should adopt the policies. They want fewer voluntary workouts, only 20 workouts over a four week period. Chargers Looking To Make Run Toward Playoffs: Philip Rivers is going after an NFL record, the yardage mark set by Dan Marino in 1984. Rivers currently has 2478 yards in nine games.
