Q: I just purchased a package and when I entered my user ID and passcode all I get is a white screen with no selection?
A: This is not a problem with your passcode or user ID. This is due to user error as all of our information is case sensitive and MUST be inserted exactly the way you received it. If its upper case, you must enter it in upper case. Also any blank spaces before or after your secured information will result in a blank white screen. Q: I just purchased a special and when I entered my user ID and passcode I am getting a passcode has expired?
A: This happens at times and in no way is it a major problem.
